To qualify for a refund, the item should be in a re-sellable condition with its original packaging, including all instructions, contents, and any free or bonus items that were included with your order.

Please note that the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee does not cover items that have come into contact with food, garments or underwear with removed hygiene labels or tags or if they have been worn, and goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned in the same physical state as when they were supplied.
